Discounts for Machu Picchu during Inti Raymi in Cusco
Machu Picchu offers up to three types of discounts on its entrance tickets: for university students, for minors under 18 years of age and for citizens of the Andean Community of Nations (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia).

During Inti Raymi, university students can enjoy special discounts on entry to Machu Picchu, along with other benefits for minors under 18 and citizens of the Andean Community of Nations (Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Colombia). Children under 3 years old enter for free.
University students have discounts on the five types of tickets to Machu Picchu: Machu Picchu Only, Machu Picchu with Huayna Picchu, Machu Picchu with Mountain, Machu Picchu with Huchuy Picchu and Machu Picchu with Inca Bridge. On the day of the visit, the physical university card must be shown to enter. If the card is not presented at the entrance, the discount will not be available and a general adult ticket will have to be purchased. If, in addition to being a university student, the visitor is a citizen of a country in the Andean Community of Nations (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador or Bolivia), they may be eligible for an even greater discount. Requirements to access the university discount in Machu Picchu during Inti Raymi
The main requirement to access this discount is a valid university card, which must be made of PVC material, clearly have the full name of the student, the university, have a legible photo of the university student and show the expiration date of the card (valid during the day of the visit to Machu Picchu).
University students must be pursuing current undergraduate studies and be under 25 years of age at the time of their visit to Machu Picchu.
Certificates of study, master’s degree cards, postgraduate cards, library cards or registration cards are not considered valid documents. No type of ISIC card is accepted.
