- This document is a contract and regulates the terms and conditions of the client with respect to the services contracted by ‘Entrada Inti Raymi’.
- No other agent at ‘Entrada Inti Raymi’ has the ability to modify, restrict or expand the terms of this contract.
- By booking the tour, the client accepts the terms and conditions of this document.
Actors
- ENTRADA INTI RAYMI . Brand and virtual platform of MACHU PICCHU TERRA SRL, Travel and Tourism Agency, is an official tourism agency authorized by the Ministry of Culture of Peru with registration MA0473.
- CUSTOMER. It is the natural or legal person that takes the various tourist services of ENTRADA INTI RAYMI.
Conditions of service
- The Entrada Inti Raymi web portal (entradaintiraymi.com) is a website that offers various all-inclusive tours to the different tourist destinations of Cusco and Machu Picchu, including the great Inti Raymi event. (June 24 of each year).
- Entrada Inti Raymi, through its website and social networks, will deploy its best efforts to keep informed and meet the Client’s requirements with the greatest security and effectiveness possible.
- The virtual platform of Entrada Inti Raymi provides several means of contact such as email (info@machupicchuterra.com), WhatsApp ((+51) 982 108 083 / (+51) 994 349 441 ) or telephone (51) 84 207064 to maintain adequate communication with the Client.
- In addition, Entrada Inti Raymi on its web platform, in whose Articles section, offers a large amount of very useful information for the Client about the different tourist attractions of Cusco and Peru.
About the purchasing process
- The Client can use the Entrada Inti Raymi virtual platform from anywhere in the world to make their reservation via the internet.
- To make the purchase of any of our services, it is necessary for the Client to manage an email, which will receive the reservation form, payment invoice and admission tickets in digital format (PDF ). In addition, email is the main means to clarify queries and resolve any conflict that may arise before, during and after the service.
- To carry out the purchase process, the Client must fill out the reservation form available on the Entrada Inti Raymi website. To complete the required fields of the reservation form, the Client must do so with the data that appears on an official and valid identification document from their place of origin, for example: Passport, DNI, identification documents personnel, foreign meat, etc.
- Once the reservation is sent, the information is verified and a payment format will be generated, depending on the payment method chosen. Once the client has made payment for the entire amount issued, Entrada Inti Raymi will proceed to send the receipt by email (check inbox and spam box). This completes the purchasing process.
- The Client must only appear at the meeting point (or in the lobby of their hotel if the pick-up is from there) with the other tourists on the day of their visit.

- Payment must be made 100% of the price of the service and online.

- Once the payment has been made by the Client, a payment receipt with the details of the tourist service purchased will be sent to the email address provided by the client.
- Once the Client has received their tickets and payment confirmation, they must verify that the data (date of visit, names, passport or identification document number, etc.) are correct.
- The services offered on our web platform specialize in tickets to the Inti Raymi show. In addition, it offers various tours through the territory of Cusco, highlighting the services that include Machu Picchu.
- All tours are organized by professionals in the tourism sector. Entrada Inti Raymi is a brand of Machu Picchu Terra, a tourism agency specialized in selling tickets to the Inti Raymi show (event held every year on June 24).

- This event takes place every year on June 24. Due to strict Emufec rules, changes (names, type of tickets or date) to the Inti Raymi ticket are not allowed once the purchase has been made.
- The information that has been entered incorrectly by Entrada Inti Raymi may be rectified at no cost and only, at the request of the Client.

About modifications to tours that include Machu Picchu
- Entrada Inti Raymi offers tours that include the Inti Raymi show (June 24) and, in addition, a tour to Machu Picchu and its mountains: Huayna Picchu, Machu Picchu mountain, Huchuy Picchu, etc.
- The Inti Raymi tour, by rules of Emufec, the organizing institution of the event, is not subject to changes. In the same way, the tour to Machu Picchu, by rules of the Ministry of Culture of Peru, changes to the tour to the city of the Incas are not allowed.
- It is recommended to choose the date and members of the tour appropriately.
About modifications to tours that include the Inca Trail
- Entrda Inti Raymi offers tours that include the Inti Raymi show (June 24) and, in addition, tours that include the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. There are two versions of this hike: the classic 4-day route and the short 2-day route.
- The Inti Raymi tour, by rules of Emufec, the organizing institution of the event, is not subject to changes. In the same way, the tour to the Inca Trail, by rules of the Ministry of Culture of Peru, changes to the tour to this walk are not allowed, whether in its 2 or 4 day version.
- It is recommended to choose the date and members of the tour appropriately.
About modifications to tours that include other tours
- Entrada Inti Raymi offers tours that include the Inti Raymi show (June 24) and, in addition, tours that include the different tourist attractions of Cusco, such as: City Tour Cusco, Sacred Valley tour of the Incas, Maras – Moray tour, 7 Colors Mountain tour, Humantay Lagoon tour and more.
- The Inti Raymi tour, by rules of Emufec, the organizing institution of the event, is not subject to changes. However, tours to the various tourist attractions of Cusco (City Tour, Sacred Valley of the Incas tour, Maras – Moray tour, 7 Colors Mountain tour, Humantay Lagoon tour; are subject to changes in names or date of service).
- Changes have a one-time penalty of 10% of the total value of the tour. You only have to request the change to info@machupicchuterra.com with a last allowed period of 5 days before. After this deadline there is no right to change the date or the names of the members of the service.
About Inti Raymi ticket cancellations and refunds
- Entrada Inti Raymi is an intermediary between Emufec (Municipal Company of Celebrations and Tourist Promotion of Cusco) and the Client for the marketing of tickets to the Inti Raymi show.
- This event takes place every year on June 24. Due to strict Emufec rules, cancellations (or refunds) of the Inti Raymi ticket are not allowed once the purchase has been made.

About cancellations of tours that include Machu Picchu
- Entrada Inti Raymi offers tours that include the Inti Raymi show (June 24) and, in addition, tours to Machu Picchu and its various mountains: Huayna Picchu, Machu Picchu Mountain, Huchuy Picchu, etc.
- The Inti Raymi tour, by rules of Emufec, the organizing institution of the event, is not subject to cancellations or refunds. However, the tour to Machu Picchu is subject to cancellations and refunds.
- The request to cancel the tour to Machu Picchu is made by sending an email to info@machupicchuterra.com. The last deadline to send the email is 5 days before the start of the tour.
- Cancellation has a penalty of 50% of the value of the tour to Machu Picchu (refund of 50% of the total tour).
- The money refund is made through the same payment method that the visitor used to send money (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or PayPal). The time takes what the payment gateway establishes by its regulations (usually 1 month).
- It is recommended to choose the date and members of the tour appropriately.
About cancellations of tours that include the Inca Trail
- Entrada Inti Raymi offers tours that include the Inti Raymi show (June 24) and, in addition, tours that include the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. There are two versions of this hike: the classic 4-day route and the short 2-day route.
- The Inti Raymi tour, by rules of Emufec, the organizing institution of the event, is not subject to cancellations or refunds. - The request to cancel the tour is made by sending an email to info@machupicchuterra.com. The last deadline to send the email is 5 days before the start of the tour.
- Cancellation has a penalty of 25% of the value of the tour to Machu Picchu (refund of 25% of the total tour).
- The money refund is made through the same payment method that the visitor used to send money (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or PayPal). The time takes what the payment gateway establishes by its regulations (usually 1 month).
- It is recommended to choose the date and members of the tour appropriately.
Information confidentiality
- Inti Raymi Entry ensures the confidentiality of the data entered by the Client at the time of making their reservation, the data provided in the payment transaction and the documents sent to our email. This information will be used solely and exclusively for the purchase of the tour in the name of the Client before the Ministry of Culture of Peru. All visitor information is completely secure.
Release of Liability
- Entrada Inti Raymi is not responsible if the data provided by the Client is not the same as the passport or identity document registered in their reservation.
- Entrada Inti Raymi has no control over weather events, natural disasters or social conflicts that could prevent your arrival in Cusco to carry out your tourist services. In these situations, changes and cancellations are governed by our Terms and Conditions.
- Entrada Inti Raymi is not responsible for the deterioration, partial or total loss of your luggage during the execution of the services. It is recommended to take care of your personal belongings during Inti Raymi in Cusco (June 24).
- Entrada Inti Raymi, is not responsible for the transit of the Customer within the archaeological sites he visits such as Machu Picchu, Sacsayhuaman, Coricancha, Pisac, Chinchero, Ollantaytambo, etc.; which must be protected and cared for at all times.
- Entrada Inti Raymi is not responsible for delays by the Client when taking their tour or visiting the Inti Raymi show.
- The Client who cannot carry out their tour or service and does not communicate in a timely manner, or carry out any procedure, will lose all rights to their service, and no refund will be due from Entrada Inti Raymi.
